Unless it's a fake, SL 65 AMG should be as the basis. But I have no idea about the design. Probably it was created by local Japanese tuner ? Maybe the AG community could recognize. Thank you.

    After some research on Japanese websites, I found that this is the VITT Performance SQUALO wide body kit for SL R230 (AMG) series.
